يصدر الوزير المختص قرارا بالبيانات والشروط
الواجب توافرها فى تحرير التذاكر الطبية التى توصف بها جواهر مخدرة
للصرف من الصيدليات فيما عدا صيدليات المستشفيات والمصحات
والمستوصفات وتصرف التذاكر من دفاتر مختومة بخاتم الجهة الإدارية
المختصة تسلم بالأثمان التى تقررها تلك الجهة على ألا يجاوز ثمنها مائتى مليم
أو ليرتين سوريتين للدفتر الواحد ، وللوزير المختص تحديد المقادير التى
لا يصح مجاوزة صرفها لكل مريض شهريا .
