جميع الجواهر المخدرة الواردة للمحل المرخص له فى الاتجار
بها وكذا المصروفة منه يجب قيدها أولا بأول فى اليوم ذاته فى دفاتر خاصة
مرقومة صحائفها ومختومة بخاتم الجهة الإدارية المختصة ويجب أن يذكر
بهذه الدفاتر تاريخ الورود واسم البائع وعنوانه وتاريخ الصرف واسم المشترى
وعنوانه ويذكر فى الحالين اسم الجواهر المخدرة بالكامل وطبيعتها وكميتها
ونسبتها وكذلك جميع البيانات التى تقررها الجهة الإدارية المختصة .
