يعين للمحل المعد للاتجار فى الجواهر المخدرة ( سواء
أكان مخزنا أو مستودعا ) صيدلى يكون مسئولا عن إدارته طبقا لأحكام
هذا القانون . ويجوز له الجمع بين إدارة هذا المحل وبين إدارة المحل
المعد للاتجار فى الأدوية السامة إذا كان فى محل واحد .
