تعتبر فى حكم الجواهر المخدرة فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون المواد المخلقة المبينة فى الجدول رقم (1) الملحق به، ويصدر بتحديد ضوابط ومعايير هذه المواد قرار من الوزير المختص.
وتسرى على هذه المواد المخلقة جميع الأحكام الواردة فى هذا القانون.
