ولا تخل أحكامه بأحكام قانون حماية المنافسة ومنع الممارسات الاحتكارية الصادر بالقانون رقم ٣ لسنة ٢٠٠٥ ، وقانون الهيئة القومية لسلامة الغذاء الصادر بالقانون رقم ١ لسنة ٢٠١٧ .
