يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز مليون جنيه ، أو مثلى القيمة المتفق عليها مع الوسيلة الإعلانية نظير الإعلان المخالف أيهما أكبر ، كل من امتنع عن تنفيذ القرار الصادر بوقف الإعلان وفقا لأحكام المادة (٥٧) من هذا القانون .
