يحظر على العاملين بالجهاز الإفصاح عن المعلومات أو إفشاء البيانات ومصادرها المتعلقة بالحالات الخاصة بتطبيق أحكام هذا القانون ، والتى يتم تقديمها أو تداولها أثناء فحص هذه الحالات واتخاذ الإجراءات وإصدار القرارات الخاصة بها .
ولا يجوز استخدام هذه المعلومات وتلك البيانات ومصادرها لغير الأغراض التى قدمت من أجلها ، كما يحظر على العاملين بالجهاز القيام بأى عمل لدى الأشخاص الخاضعين للفحص لمدة عامين من تاريخ الفحص .
