فى حالة التعاقد بنظام اقتسام الوقت (التايم شير) ، أو المشاركة الجزئية فى الملكية ، يكون للمستهلك الحق فى الرجوع فى العقد خلال أربعة عشر يوما من تاريخ توقيعه دون إبداء أسباب ، ودون تحمل أى نفقات ، وذلك دون الإخلال بالقوانين أو القرارات المنظمة لهذه التعاقدات .
وتسرى أحكام هذا القانون على التعاقد بنظام الملكية الجزئية أو أى أنظمة أخرى مشابهة لنظام اقتسام الوقت .
