يلتزم المورد بأن يسلم المستهلك فاتورة تثبت التعامل أو التعاقد معه على المنتج ، متضمنة بصفة خاصة رقم تسجيله الضريبى ، وتاريخ التعامل أو التعاقد ، وثمن المنتج ومواصفاته ، وطبيعته ونوعيته وكميته ، وأى بيانات أخرى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون ، وتبين هذه اللائحة الأحوال التى يكتفى فيها ببيان أو أكثر مما ذكر .
