فيما عدا المنازعات والدعاوى التي يختص بنظرها مجلس الدولة، تختص بنظرها مجلس الدولة، تختص المحاكم الاقتصادية بالفصل في المنازعات والدعاوى الناشئة عن تطبيق أحكام القانون المرافق بما فيها منازعات التنفيذ الوقتية والموضوعية وكذا الدعاوى الجنائية الناشئة عن الجرائم المنصوص عليها فيه.
