تتلقى الهيئة الشكاوى التي يقدمها أصحاب الشأن من المتعاملين مع شركات ومقدمي التمويل الاستهلاكي عن مخالفة أحكام هذا القانون أو القرارات الصادرة تنفيذا له، وتلتزم الهيئة بالرد على هذه الشكاوي خلال موعد لا يجاوز شهرا من تاريخ استيفاء المستندات التي تحددها الهيئة، ويصدر قرار من رئيس الهيئة بتنظيم إجراءات تقديم الشكاوى والبت فيها وطريقة إخطار مقدميها بالرد.
