الوكالة المصرية لضمان الصادرات والاستثمار شركة مساهمة مصرية ، لها شخصية
اعتبارية ، ويشار إليها فى هذا القانون ب «الوكالة» ، وتعد أموالها أموالا خاصة .
وتعمل الوكالة كمؤسسة مستقلة تهدف إلى تحقيق الربح وتغطية مصروفاتها
التشغيلية من خلال نقطة التعادل ، على النحو المبين بالنظام الأساسي للوكالة .
