تحصل الضريبة الإضافية والغرامة المنصوص عليها في المادة السابقة مع القسط الأخير للضريبة الأصلية ويكون للحكومة في تحصيل الضريبة الإضافية والغرامة مالها في تحصيل الضريبة الأصلية من حق الامتياز .
وفي حالة التأخر عن الدفع تحصل الضريبة الإضافية والغرامة بطريق الحجز الإداري .
ولا تستحق الضريبة الإضافية عن الأطيان التي يحصل التصرف فيها بعقد مصدق على التوقيع عليه حتى تاريخ حلول القسط الأخير للضريبة الأصلية .
