Article 5 of the The Sovereign Fund of Egypt Law

يكون رأسمال الصندوق المرخص به مائتى مليار جنيه مصرى ، ورأسماله المصدر خمسة مليارات جنيه مصرى ، يسدد منه مليار جنيه من الخزانة العامة للدولة عند التأسيس ، ويسدد الباقى وفقا لخطط فرص الاستثمار المقدمة من الصندوق خلال ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ التأسيس .
ويجوز زيادة رأسمال الصندوق نقدا أو عينا وفقا للضوابط والإجراءات الواردة بالنظام الأساسى .
وتعد أموال الصندوق من الأموال المملوكة للدولة ملكية خاصة .
