مع عدم الإخلال بأى عقوبة أشد منصوص عليها فى قانون العقوبات أو أى قانون آخر ، ومع مراعاة أحكام قانون الطفل الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٢ لسنة ١٩٩٦ ، يعاقب على الجرائم التالية بالعقوبات المبينة قرين كل جريمة .
