تبلغ الخطابات والرسائل التلغرافية المضبوطة إلى المتهم أو المرسلة إليه، أو تعطى إليه صورة منها في أقرب وقت، ما لم تقتض مصلحة التحقيق غير ذلك.
ويجوز لكل شخص يدعي حقا في الأشياء المضبوطة أن يطلب إلى عضو النيابة العامة تسليمها إليه، وله في حالة الرفض أن يتظلم أمام محكمة الجنح المستأنفة منعقدة في غرفة المشورة، وأن يطلب سماع أقواله أمامها.
