لا يجوز لعضو النيابة العامة أن يضبط لدى المدافع عن المتهم أو الخبير الاستشاري الأوراق والمستندات التي سلمها المتهم لأيهما لأداء المهمة التي عهد إليه بها ولا المراسلات أو تسجيل الاتصالات المتبادلة بينهما في القضية.
