يجوز للمتهم وللمجني عليه وللمدعي بالحقوق المدنية وللمسئول عنها ولوكلائهم أن يحصلوا على نفقتهم أثناء التحقيق على صور من الأوراق أيا كان نوعها، إلا إذا اقتضت مصلحة التحقيق غير ذلك.
وفي جميع الأحوال لهم أن يحصلوا على صور الأوراق أيا كان نوعها عقب انتهاء التحقيقات إذا كان التحقيق حاصلا بغير حضورهم بناء على قرار صادر بذلك أو كانت مصلحة التحقيق اقتضت ذلك.
