تقوم وزارة العدل بالتعاون والتنسيق مع وزارة الداخلية والجهات والوزارات المعنية، بإعداد القاعات وأجهزة الاتصال المطلوبة لتنفيذ إجراءات التحقيق والمحاكمة عن بعد باستخدام وسائل وتقنيات الاتصال الحديثة في الجهات المختصة، وفي المؤسسات العقابية ومراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل، وغير ذلك من الإدارات ذات الصلة وتقديم المساعدة الفنية اللازمة لذلك.
