يكون لجهات التحقيق والمحاكمة المختصة أن تتخذ ما تراه مناسبا لتسجيل وحفظ جميع الإجراءات التي تتم من خلال وسائل وتقنيات الاتصال الحديثة عن بعد، وتفريغها في محاضر، ولها أن تستعين بأحد الخبراء في ذلك، وتودع ملف القضية.
ويضع كل من عضو النيابة العامة أو قاضي التحقيق أو رئيس الدائرة والكاتب توقيعه على كل ورقة دون الحاجة إلى توقيع أي من المتهمين أو الشهود أو الخبراء أو المترجمين أو أي توقيع آخر.
