للجهات القضائية المصرية والأجنبية أن تطلب اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لتعقب أو ضبط أو تجميد أو إدارة الأموال أو الأصول أو الأشياء موضوع الجريمة أو عائداتها أو الحجز عليها، أو تنفيذ الأحكام الجنائية النهائية باسترداد أو مصادرة الأموال أو الأصول أو الأشياء المتحصلة من الجرائم أو عائداتها مع عدم الإخلال بحقوق الغير حسن النية.
