يجب على النيابة العامة عند تسوية المبالغ المستحقة للدولة عن الغرامة وما يجب رده والتعويضات والمصاريف، وقبل التنفيذ بها، إعلان المحكوم عليه بمقدار هذه المبالغ، ما لم تكن مقدرة في الحكم.
