تسلم جثة المحكوم عليه بالإعدام إلى أهله إذا طلبوا ذلك ووافقت جهة الإدارة، ويجب أن يكون الدفن بغير احتفال، فإذا لم يتقدم أحد منهم لاستلامها خلال أربع وعشرين ساعة أودعت أقرب مكان إلى مركز الإصلاح معد لحفظ الجثث، فإذا لم يتقدم أحد منهم لتسلمها خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ الإيداع سلمت إلى إحدى الجهات الجامعية.
