يجوز لأقارب المحكوم عليه بالإعدام أن يقابلوه في اليوم السابق على اليوم المعين لتنفيذ الحكم، على أن يكون ذلك بعيدا عن محل التنفيذ، وعلى إدارة مركز الإصلاح إخطارهم بذلك.
وإذا كانت ديانة المحكوم عليه تفرض عليه الاعتراف أو غيره من الفروض الدينية قبل الموت، وجب إجراء التسهيلات اللازمة لتمكين أحد رجال الدين من مقابلته.
