يكون تنفيذ الأحكام الصادرة في الدعوى الجنائية بناء على طلب النيابة العامة وفقا لما هو مقرر بهذا القانون.
والأحكام الصادرة في الدعوى المدنية يكون تنفيذها بناء على طلب المدعي بالحقوق المدنية وفقا لما هو مقرر بقانون المرافعات في المواد المدنية والتجارية.
