يحكم على طالب إعادة النظر إذا كان غير النائب العام في الحالات المنصوص عليها في البنود (١، ٢، ٣، ٤) من المادة ٤١٤ من هذا القانون بغرامة لا تزيد على خمسة آلاف جنيه إذا لم يقبل طلبه.
