لا يجوز قبل أن يفصل في موضوع الدعوى استئناف الأحكام التحضيرية والتمهيدية الصادرة في مسائل فرعية، ويترتب حتما على استئناف الحكم الصادر في الموضوع استئناف هذه الأحكام.
ويجوز استئناف جميع الأحكام الصادرة بعدم الاختصاص، والأحكام الصادرة بالاختصاص إذا لم يكن للمحكمة ولاية الحكم في الدعوى.
