يجوز استئناف الأحكام الصادرة في الدعوى المدنية من المحكمة الجزئية في الجنح من المدعي بالحقوق المدنية ومن المسئول عنها أو المتهم فيما يختص بالحقوق المدنية وحدها إذا كانت التعويضات المطلوبة تزيد على النصاب الذي يحكم فيه القاضي الجزئي نهائيا.
