بعد سماع شهادة شهود الإثبات وشهود النفي، يجوز للنيابة العامة وللمتهم ولكل من باقي الخصوم في الدعوى أن يتكلموا.
وفي جميع الأحوال، يكون المتهم آخر من يتكلم.
ويجوز للمحكمة أن تمنع المتهم أو محاميه من الاسترسال في المرافعة إذا خرج عن موضوع الدعوى أو كرر أقواله بعد التنبيه عليه.
وبعد ذلك تصدر المحكمة قرارها بإقفال باب المرافعة، ثم تصدر حكمها بعد المداولة.
