تأمر المحكمة بعد اطلاعها على الطلب بإيداع الأوراق في قلم الكتاب.
ويجب على قلم الكتاب إعلان باقي الخصوم بإيداع الأوراق ليطلعوا عليها، ويقدموا مذكرة بأقوالهم في مدة العشرة الأيام التالية لإعلانهم بالإيداع، ويترتب على أمر الإيداع وقف السير في الدعوى المقدم بشأنها الطلب، ما لم تر المحكمة غير ذلك.
