يجوز لجميع الخصوم أن يستأنفوا الأوامر المتعلقة بمسائل الاختصاص، ولا يوقف الاستئناف سير التحقيق، ولا يترتب على القضاء بعدم الاختصاص بطلان إجراءات التحقيق.
