يجوز الطعن في الأحكام الصادرة على الشهود من قاضي التحقيق، طبقا للمواد ١٨٥، ١٨٧، ١٨٨ من هذا القانون أمام المحكمة المختصة بنظر القضية المحكوم فيها على الشهود بتلك الأحكام.
