لا يجوز لقاضي التحقيق مباشرة التحقيق في جريمة معينة أو جرائم من نوع معين، إلا بناء على طلب من النيابة العامة أو بناء على إحالتها إليه من الجهات الأخرى المنصوص عليها في القانون.
