يجب أن يشمل كل أمر اسم المتهم ولقبه ومهنته ومحل إقامته ورقمه القومي أو رقم وثيقة سفره وموطنه إن كان أجنبيا، والتهمة المنسوبة إليه، وتاريخ الأمر وتوقيع عضو النيابة العامة والختم الرسمي، ويشمل الأمر بحضوره على ميعاد معين.
ويجب أن يشمل أمر القبض أو أمر الضبط والإحضار تكليف رجال السلطة العامة بالقبض على المتهم وإحضاره أمام عضو النيابة العامة إذا رفض الحضور طوعا في الحال.
