يلغى قانون التجارة الصادر بالأمر العالى فى ١٣ من نوفمبر سنة ١٨٨٣ ،
عدا الفصل الأول من الباب الثانى منه والخاص بشركات الأشخاص . ويستعاض عنه
بالقانون المرافق .
ويلغى نص المادة (٣٣٧) من قانون العقوبات اعتبارا من أول أكتوبر سنة ٢٠٠٠
كما يلغى كل حكم يتعارض مع أحكام القانون المرافق .
