١ - يجوز للمحكمة التى صدقت على الصلح أن تمنح المدين بناء على طلبه آجالا للوفاء بالديون التى لا يسرى عليها الصلح بشرط ألا تجاوز الآجال التى تمنحها المحكمة الأجل المقرر فى الصلح .
٢ - ولا يترتب على التصديق على الصلح حرمان المدين من الآجال التى تكون أبعد مدى من الأجل المقرر فى الصلح .
