١ - يسرى على الصلح الواقى من الإفلاس الحظر المنصوص عليه فى المادة ٦٦٦ من هذا القانون .
٢ - وتسرى فى شأن اشتراك الدائنين أصحاب التأمينات العينية فى التصويت على الصلح الأحكام المنصوص عليها فى المادة ٦٦٧ من هذا القانون .
