١ - للمحكمة التى تنظر فى طلب الصلح أن تأمر باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة للمحافظة على أموال المدين إلى حين الفصل فى الطلب .
٢ - ويجوز للمحكمة أن تتخذ من الإجراءات ما يمكنها من الإحاطة بحالة المدين المالية وأسباب اضطرابها .
٣ - وتنظر المحكمة فى طلب الصلح فى غير علانية وعلى وجه الاستعجال . وتفصل فى الطلب بحكم انتهائى .
