لكل دائن لم يستوف حقه أن يقدم اعتراضا على طلب رد الاعتبار خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ نشر الطلب فى الصحف . ويكون الاعتراض بتقرير كتابى يقدم إلى قلم كتاب المحكمة مرفقا به المستندات المؤيدة له .
