إذا امتنع أحد الدائنين عن قبض دينه أو كان غائبا أو تعذر معرفة موطنه جاز إيداع الدين خزانة المحكمة وتقوم شهادة الإيداع فيما يتعلق برد الاعتبار مقام التخالص .
