١ - لا يجوز لأمين الاتحاد الوفاء بحصة الدائن فى التوزيعات إلا إذا قدم الدائن
سند الدين مؤشرا عليه بتحقيقه وقبوله . ويؤشر على سند الدين بالمبالغ المدفوعة .
٢ - وإذا تعذر على الدائن تقديم سند الدين جاز لقاضى التفليسة أن يأذن بدفع
دينه بعد التحقق من قبوله .
٣ - وفى جميع الأحوال يجب أن يعطى الدائن مخالصة على قائمة التوزيع .
