١ - يجرى بيع منقولات المفلس بالكيفية التى يعينها قاضى التفليسة .
٢ - ويجرى بيع العقارات وفقا للأحكام المنصوص عليها فى قانون المرافعات
المدنية والتجارية بشأن بيع عقار المفلس .
٣ - ولايجوز لأمين الاتحاد بيع موجودات التفليسة دفعة واحدة مقابل مبلغ
إجمالى إلا بعد استئذان قاضى التفليسة .
٤ - يجوز لكل ذى مصلحة الطعن فى قرار قاضى التفليسة بشأن تعيين كيفية
بيع منقولات المفلس أر الإذن ببيع أموالة دفعة واحدة مقابل مبلغ إجمالى ، ويترتب
على الطعن وقف تنفيذ القرار إلا إذا أمرت المحكمة بغير ذلك .
