From 1 October 1999 to 21 March 2018
١ - تعود إلى الدائنين بعد إبطال الصلح أو فسخه ديونهم كاملة وذلك بالنسبة
إلى المفلس فقط .
٢ - ويشترك هؤلاء الدائنون فى جماعة الدائنين بديونهم الأصلية كاملة إذا
لم يكونوا قد قبضوا شيئا من القدر الذى تقرر لهم فى الصلح وإلا وجب تخفيض
ديونهم الأصلية بنسبة ما حصلوا عليه من القدر المذكور .
٣ - تسرى الأحكام المذكورة فى الفقرتين السابقتين فى حالة شهر إفلاس المدين
مرة أخرى قبل أن يصدر حكم بإبطال الصلح أو بفسخه .
٣ - الصلح مع التخلى عن الاموال
