١ - لايجوز للمفلس بعد صدور حكم شهر الإفلاس الوفاء بما عليه من ديون أو استيفاء ماله من حقوق .
٢ - ومع ذلك إذا كان المفلس حاملا لورقة تجارية جاز الوفاء له بقيمتها عند حلول ميعاد استحقاقها إلا إذا عارض أمين التفليسة فى هذا الوفاء طبقا للمادة ٤٣١ من هذا القانون .
