١ - يقوم أمين التفليسة بإدارة أموال التفليسة والمحافظة عليها وينوب عن المفلس فى جميع الدعاوى والأعمال التى تقتضيها هذه الإدارة .
٢ - يدون أمين التفليسة ، يوما بيوم ، جميع الأعمال المتعلقة بإدارة التفليسة في دفتر خاص ترقم صفحاته ويضع عليها قاضى التفليسة توقيعه أو ختمه ويؤشر في نهاية الدفتر بما يفيد انتهاءه .
٣ - ويجوز للمحكمة ولقاضى التفليسة وللمراقب الاطلاع على هذا الدفتر في كل وقت ، وللمفلس أيضا الاطلاع عليه بإذن من قاضى التفليسة .
