١ - على المحضر المكلف بعمل الاحتجاج ترك صورة منه لمن حرر فى مواجهته .
٢ - وعلى المحضرين قيد أوراق الاحتجاج بتمامها يوما فيوما مع مراعاة ترتيب تواريخها فى سجل خاص يصدر بتنظيمه قرار من وزير العدل .
