١ - إذا كان محل الالتزام التجارى تسليم شئ خلال موسم معين أو فصل من فصول
السنة وجب الرجوع إلى العرف السائد فى مكان التسليم لتعيين الوقت الذى يجب
أن يتم فيه . فإذا لم يوجد عرف وجب أن يتم التسليم فى وقت مناسب قبل نهاية الموسم
أو الفصل .
٢ - يعتبر العرف السائد فى مكان التسليم فيما يتعلق بكيفية قياس البضائع
أو وزنها أو عدها أو كيلها متمما للعقد مالم يتفق على غير ذلك .
