لحامل الشيك مطالبة من له حق الرجوع عليه بما يأتى :
( أ ) أصل مبلغ الشيك غير المدفوع .
(ب) العائد محسوبا من تاريخ تقديم الشيك وفقا للسعر الذى يتعامل به البنك المركزى .
( ج ) مصاريف الاحتجاج أو ما يقوم مقامه ومصاريف الإخطارات والدمغة وغيرها .
