على حامل الشيك إخطار من ظهره إليه والساحب بعدم وفاء قيمته ، وعلى كل مظهر أن يخطر بدوره من ظهر إليه الشيك ، وتسرى على هذه الإخطارات الأحكام المنصوص عليها فى المادة ٤٤٠ من هذا القانون .
