١ - تسرى فى حالة ضياع الشيك لأمر الأحكام المنصوص عليها فى المواد من ٤٣٣ إلى ٤٣٦ من هذا القانون .
٢ - ينقضى التزام الكفيل الذى يقدم فى حالة ضياع الشيك لأمر بمضى ستة أشهر من تاريخ الصرف إذا لم تحصل خلالها مطالبة أو دعوى .
